The specification determines the supply route. ElevGrid coordinates the review of manufacturing resources against the technical and commercial requirements of each enquiry.
Open points are identified before the supply scope is finalized.

03 / Defined accountability
Responsibility Boundary
One project interface, with distinct technical responsibilities. The quotation and agreed order scope define deliverables, exclusions and approval points.

- Structure requirements and coordinate resource matching.
- Maintain the commercial and project communication interface.
- Coordinate technical clarifications, production updates, inspection arrangements and export handover within the agreed scope.
Manufacturing resources
- Confirm manufacturing feasibility against the agreed requirements.
- Produce to approved specifications and drawings.
- Carry out agreed inspections and tests, and provide the applicable manufacturing records.
Customer / engineering team
- Provide site conditions, system requirements and interface information.
- Review and approve the required technical documents.
- Confirm site integration, installation and local acceptance requirements, with any supplied services expressly agreed.
Project information is shared as required for technical evaluation and coordination. Supplier materials and project records are not automatically public references.

When procurement spans more than one item, the interfaces matter as much as the individual specifications.
Project packages
Use the BOQ and equipment schedule to define what is included, what is excluded and which documents must align across transformers, substations and distribution equipment.
Multiple equipment items
Coordinate ratings, connection arrangements, drawing revisions and delivery sequencing. Confirm cross-equipment interfaces with the customer’s engineering team.
Replacement & OEM components
Review nameplates, dimensions, materials, mounting details and electrical interfaces. Compatibility remains subject to technical confirmation; a similar appearance or model reference is not enough.

A specification or project brief is enough to start the discussion. Mark unresolved items “to be confirmed” so they can be included in the review.

- Specifications, single-line diagrams (SLD), applicable standards and site conditions.
- Equipment & interfaces
- Drawings, datasheets, equipment nameplates and relevant part photographs or dimensions.
- Supply & timing
- Bill of quantities (BOQ), item quantities, destination country or port and target delivery date.
- Acceptance needs
- Required documents, inspection or test requirements, and any customer approval stages.
