Provide the current drawing revision, assembly interfaces, sample needs and production quantities.

Replacement
Provide the existing part reference, transformer nameplate, photographs and mating dimensions.

Repair
Describe the affected part, observed condition and proposed replacement scope. State any missing identification details.

Project supply
Provide the component schedule, equipment references, quantities and delivery destinations; identify which items are defined and which need clarification.

Prepare the technical reference package.
- Drawing & revision
- Include drawing number, revision, units, assembly position and any referenced specifications. Mark preliminary or missing information.
- Model & identification
- Include component model or part number where known. For existing equipment, add manufacturer, nameplate details and photographs.
- Dimensions & tolerances
- Provide overall and mounting dimensions, critical tolerances and any dimensions that determine fit. Identify measurement uncertainty.
- Material & service conditions
- State the specified material, finish and service conditions where known. If undecided, mark them To Be Confirmed; do not infer a material from appearance.
- Interfaces & connections
- Describe mating parts, fixing pattern, connection type, orientation, sealing surfaces and clearances as applicable.
- Quantity & acceptance
- State quantities, destination, requested date and required inspection or documentation. Distinguish requested dates from agreed delivery commitments.

- 01 / Identify the requirement
- Match the enquiry to the component, equipment reference and intended application. List missing information.
- 02 / Review the interfaces
- Compare drawings, dimensions, electrical or service requirements and mating interfaces. Resolve conflicting references.
- 03 / Agree the scope
- Confirm the proposed component scope, any deviations, quantity, requested documents and acceptance requirements in writing.
- 04 / Establish the order basis
- Record the approved references and commercial terms before ordering. Handle later changes through an agreed revision review.
A similar name, photograph or appearance does not establish interchangeability. Compatibility requires technical confirmation.

Are all listed component families available?
The families organize enquiry topics. The specific part, specification, quantity and supply scope are confirmed for each project.
Can I enquire without a complete drawing?
Yes. Provide the references you have, such as a part number, nameplate, photographs and measured dimensions. Identify what is missing; further information may be needed before a proposal can be confirmed.
Can you confirm a replacement from a photograph?
A photograph can help identify a part, but it does not establish compatibility. Include equipment references, dimensions and mating interfaces for technical review.
Can I specify materials, inspection and documents?
Include your requirements and governing references in the enquiry. Material selection, inspection scope and available documentation need project-specific confirmation.
What are the minimum order quantity and lead time?
These are not fixed on this page. Request confirmation for the specific component, quantity, technical scope and delivery destination.
