ElevGrid / Website terms

Terms of Service

Terms for using the ElevGrid website, submitting business inquiries and reviewing project information.

01 Scope of these terms

The ElevGrid website is operated by Hubei Baoxiang Trading Co., Ltd. (湖北宝象贸易有限公司), Hubei, China.

These terms address use of transformersubstation.com, the ElevGrid website, and its business inquiry channels. The website presents information about transformer equipment, components and project coordination for business customers.

These website terms do not replace a separately agreed quotation, purchase order acceptance, supply contract or confidentiality agreement. Project commitments must be checked against the documents agreed by the relevant contracting parties.

02 Website Information

Pages and resources may be corrected, updated or temporarily unavailable. If information is missing, inconsistent or important to a project decision, request clarification through the Contact page before relying on it.

Website content does not automatically constitute a final quotation, an accepted order or a contractual commitment. Confirm project-specific information with the relevant contracting party.

03 Enquiries and Quotations

Submitting an RFQ, sending an email or receiving an automated acknowledgment does not by itself confirm an order, reserve production capacity or establish an agreed price or delivery date.

Provide accurate contact details and identify the company you represent. Describe the project requirements and flag information that is preliminary, estimated or still awaiting approval. Notify the project contact when relevant requirements change.

Review each quotation for its issuing legal entity, scope, exclusions, validity period, currency, payment terms and acceptance procedure. Do not treat website examples or preliminary discussions as confirmed commercial terms.

04 Technical Information and Specifications

Product descriptions, diagrams, photographs and technical resources provide general reference information. They may describe examples or configurations that differ from the equipment required for your project.

Before procurement, confirm ratings, dimensions, interfaces, operating conditions, required standards and editions, tests, documentation and local approval requirements in the agreed project specification. A reference to a standard or test on this website is not certification of every product or configuration.

Website materials are not installation, commissioning, maintenance or energization instructions for a particular item of equipment. Use the approved project documents and equipment-specific instructions, with review by appropriately qualified personnel.

05 Availability and Project Confirmation

A product listing or discussion of a project does not confirm stock availability, manufacturing capacity, suitability or a delivery schedule. Obtain project-specific confirmation before making procurement arrangements.

The contracting parties should agree the final scope, price, payment schedule, approved drawings, inspection and acceptance requirements, delivery arrangements and any warranty or after-sales obligations in their project documents.

Where an Incoterms® rule is used, specify the agreed rule, named place or port and edition in the contract. Those rules address particular delivery obligations, costs and risks; they do not replace the full sales contract.

This website does not set a universal warranty period, refund entitlement, cancellation charge, delivery guarantee or service response time. Review the applicable project agreement and mandatory legal rights.

06 Intellectual Property

Respect copyright, trademark and other rights in website text, images, drawings and downloadable materials. Follow any license or use conditions attached to a resource and obtain permission where required before reproducing, distributing or adapting it.

Product names and third-party marks remain associated with their respective owners. Their appearance does not by itself establish endorsement or an authorized distribution relationship.

07 Submitted Files and Customer Responsibilities

Only submit drawings, specifications and other materials that you are authorized to disclose for the inquiry. Identify relevant revision numbers, ownership notices and restrictions on use or onward sharing.

If an NDA, restricted review team or other special handling arrangement is required, agree that arrangement before sending the affected files. Submitting an inquiry does not by itself establish a separate NDA or transfer ownership of your drawings.

You may access the website for legitimate business research and inquiries. Do not submit deceptive information, malicious files or unauthorized third-party data; attempt to access restricted records; or interfere with the website’s operation.

08 Third-party Links and Documents

Links to external websites, email or messaging services lead to services operated by other providers. Review their terms and privacy information when using them.

Check the source, revision and permitted use of any third-party document. A link or reference does not by itself confirm that a document is current, suitable for your project or endorsed by its publisher for that use.

09 Limitations and Disclaimers

General website information cannot replace the technical and commercial review needed for a specific project. Resolve discrepancies against the approved project documents before placing an order or using equipment.

Nothing in these website terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or to remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Responsibility for equipment supply, testing, installation support or other project services depends on the agreed scope, the relevant contracting parties and applicable law. These website terms do not create a fixed liability cap or override a separately agreed project contract.

10 Privacy Policy

Personal information provided through the website is addressed separately in the Privacy Policy. Review that notice before providing contact details or project files containing personal information.

These website terms do not add consent to marketing or replace any separately agreed confidentiality or document-handling arrangement.

11 Contact Information

For questions about the website or these terms, use the Contact page or the published business email, [email protected]. Include the relevant page or project reference so that your question can be directed appropriately.

Before accepting a quotation or making a payment, confirm the contracting legal entity and the commercial documents that apply to your project.

A website revision does not by itself amend an existing signed project agreement. Changes to that agreement must follow its agreed change procedure and applicable law.
